Mobile Bar Services Pricing List
Base fee is $250 for each event. From there, we will provide a customized quote based on the number of guests attending, the hours of service you require, and any special add-ons you'd like to include.
1. Mixer Package
Mixer Package includes: Cups - Straws - Napkins - Ice - Coca-Cola - Diet Coke - Sprite - Ginger Ale - Club Soda - Tonic Water - Pineapple Juice - Orange Juice - Cranberry Juice - Lemons & Limes
Starter mixer package: $1.50 per guest/per hour of service (Includes everything listed above)
Top shelf package: $3 per guest/per hour of service (see below for more info.)
2. Bartender Rate
The rate is $50 per bartender per hour. If your event exceeds 50 guests, we'll automatically add a second bartender ensure everyone is well taken care of!

The fun part - customizing your event bar! Choose from our list of add-ons to create a unique selection that caters to you and your guests' preferences. Whether you want to include specialty cocktails, premium mixers, or fun interactive stations, the options are endless. Allow us to help you with conforming your bar to the personality of your event!
Top Shelf Package $3 Per guest/per hour
A great way to overall elevate your event bar experience and leave a lasting impression. This includes everything from our basic mixer package, plus: - Two specialty cocktails - One refreshing mocktail - Three additional juice or soda mixers of your choice - Upgraded garnishes featuring dehydrated fruits and herbs - A custom design drink menu on an acrylic sign that will stand on your bar for your guests to read.
His & Hers Specialty Cocktails Additional $4 per guest
Highly recommended for weddings! This is the best way to bring you and your partner's personality to your bar, spark conversations, and have a drink that will transport you back to your special day every time you sip one in the future. Includes all of the mixers needed to make whatever two specialty cocktails are requested. Once you book this package, each additional cocktail or mocktail will be $1 per guest.
Outstanding Old Fashioned's Additional $4 per guest
Have some bourbon enthusiasts among your party? This package is an excellent way to wow your bourbon-loving friends and family. It includes all the mixers required to craft the ideal old fashioned, including tools for a smoked version, your choice of one house-made simple syrup for a unique twist on the classic cocktail, and big-rock ice cubes to preserve the's drinks flavor as you sip on it.
P.s. - This isn't limited to bourbon only; you will provide your choice of liquor, and dark rum or añejo old fashioned's are delicious!

Espresso All Evening Package Additional $5 per guest
Feel like bringing a little buzz to your party? Included in this package is chilled espresso shots brewed the day prior to be used for espresso martinis, and freshly brewed-on-site espresso thats is served after dinner. Milk, cream, and sugar are also included, so the menu would be espresso single/double shot, cappuccinos, americanos, and lattes, Book this package if you would like to be able to serve your guests both espresso martinis and after dinner coffee!
Shots o' Clock Package Additional $3 per guest
What better way to keep your party vibes high than a shot package? You provide the liquor, and we take care of the rest, including a variety of mixers and shot glasses to craft a menu of 5 fun and delicious shots. Interactive Margarita Bar $5 Per Guest
Book this package if you are a margarita lover and would like to bring a fun, engaging element to your wedding bar. Guests will be taught by one of our bartenders how to design, pour, and shake their own unique margaritas using an array of different home-made infused simple syrups, fresh fruits, seasonings, and garnishes. The package will include 3 house-made syrups, 3 fruits for muddling/garnishing, 3 seasonings for a drink rim, fresh lime juice, and both fresh & dehydrated lime slices. The margarita station will have three sets of bar tools to allow multiple guests to use the interactive features at the same time. This is the margarita experience your event deserves!
*Booking a second bartender will be required if you would like to book this package. If your party exceeds 75 guests, a third bartender will be required for the duration of the margarita bar experience.*
Elevated Garnish Package $2 per guest
For the ones that want their drinks to be as picturesque as they can be. This thoughtfully curated selection includes a variety of fresh herbs, dehydrated fruits, artisanal edible flowers, and herbal mists, which will be selected based off of your established drink menu. Impress your guests with visually stunning drinks that give the senses a wow.
